Insurance

Before scheduling an appointment

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

Visit our billing and insurance page for more information.

  1. Incredible care and kindness when talking with me.

  2. She was clear and concise about my treatment and aftermath of treatment.

  3. Dr Jou seems to be focused on preventing cancer and preventing my endometrial hyperplasia. She did seem to hear my concerns about wanting to maintain ovulation during progesterone treatment and my concerns about how the progesterone seems to be causing insomnia, but did not seem curious about how she could help me achieve all three goals, or explain why she couldn't. I understand it may not be possible, but I am unsatisfied/unconvinced due to her lack of explanation, and therefore am choosing not to follow her recommendations that I take continuous progesterone. I was hoping to learn from her expertise about how to make the right decision for my complex situation, but instead I got a flat recommendation without a satisfactory explanation.

  4. I have been seeing Dr Jou for almost 3 years and she has been very supportive, informative and kind. And effective since I am living beyond the progress
