About me

Ian Penner is a physician assistant who enjoys caring for patients of all ages. He looks forward to developing ongoing relationships with his patients to address all aspects of their health. His focus is on preventive care and wellness, to help people achieve their healthiest life possible.

When he's not working, Penner has a busy home life, with two young boys and his wonderful wife, who works in technology. To maintain his health, he enjoys bicycle racing and running.

He's invested in my well being and is constantly trying to improve my care with closely monitored medication regimens, clearly and completely documenting my symptoms, treatments, and outcomes. Not only has my condition become more manageable, Ian Penner has taught me so much about my condition and the medications that we use to treat me.

My Doctor is AMAZING and im very lucky to have fpund him. And im not changing doctors again.

  22. I greatly appreciate how kind the staff are at the Scappoose Clinic! Especially Ian Penner! He Listens. He makes sure he understands the issues I bring and he makes sure I understand. He makes sure that all my questions are answered. Then he works with me to formulate a plan forward. Not all medical professionals will do that.
