Everything was excellent
I was very fearful due to bad past experiences, elsewhere. The Dr and a student assistant were very kind and considerate. I really appreciated that. They listened to me! Explained what they were going to do. Clearly explained what I was to do. Explained the results and clearly explained the plan to treat my issue. I was thankful for their professionalism, but still concerned Attitude.
Very caring and professional
Excellent!
They very honestly addressed my anxiety about feeling pain during the procedure.
I felt I was in very god hands.
Appreciate the care I received
He's good he alwsys ask if I have any questions after he explains everything.
Dr. Fields was very gentle with me and listened intently to my concerns. He gave me 3 options for surgery and told me to not make a decision at that time, to go away and discuss with my husband and family and get back to him.
Very kind and listened to me. Delightful young man. did not feel rushed at all.
Dr. Fields explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. He allows time for me to ask questions. He is very patient and is concerned about my well-being.
Dr. Fields is truly the best doctor and I'm so thankful for his compassionate care.
Both Doctor Ian C Fields and Dr. Scott, who examined me and did my Summary, were very thorough, thoughtful and clear about my exam.
That's very satisfied with my experience.
The anesthesiologist explained everything in the upcoming surgery so we'll, so clearly. My husband and I were both very pleased.
Dr. Fields took the time to explain my concerns and will to change my treatment.
I really like Dr. Fields, I haven't seen him many times, and just had surgery, this was a post-op visit. He is very easy to trust because he is truthful and upfront about answering questions and just plain explaining things. I had some questions from a visit with another provider and he was able to explain it in terms that I understood. He is more than competent and very thorough. I would have no qualms referring friends or family to Dr. Fields. He never treats any question as though it may seem trivial. He is quite personable.
They were very nice and took their time with me.
A very kind and attentive surgeon. I am very grateful to him!
Everyone was extremely helpful and explained things to me in a way I could understand
I liked him- personable and spent time explaining options.
Took time to listen to my questions and answer all questions to reassure me.
Personable, professional, informative
They were always checking in to see how I was doing..
The doctor and his team were very warm and interested in what I had to say relative to my issue. There was excellent rapport between the team.
Received feedback well.
Dr Fields is the best. Super easy to talk to and Hears everything I need addressed. Even when I'm rambling.
I thought he listened to my issues and explained my options very completely. He also gave me written information that I really appreciated and was very helpful He was careful to explain to me what he would be doing during physical exam.
