Insurance
Before scheduling an appointment
- Check your network. If you have health insurance, call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
- Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.
If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

I enjoy my visits with Dr Ferro. She is always very helpful, and insightful
Very kind listens I just don't always hear and have to bring someone else in with me
I absolutely love Dr. Ferrero, she listen's to me (and my husband) and shows concern, and never feel like she rushes through my appointment. I feel she is very Confident in her treatment for me! She is such a blessing to me and glad I'm able to have her as my doctor!
The clinician is very good.
She is very respectful and takes the time to listen to my concerns.
Clinicians are excellent but I waited in the room for one hour before they came in
My experience was seamless. I felt comfortable the entire time. Dr. Ferrero was amazing!
Friendly, answered my questions, throughly.
Good overall.
Both doctors who saw me were compassionate and well informed of my case
She gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions and clarify a way to move forward. She followed up and I received the information she had indicated I would be sent as well as a referral to physical therapy very quickly. After the appointment, I felt "heard".
Waited an hour. Spent about 15 minutes with me
Very responsive.good after visit summary..through.even picked up a heart rhythm issue. Thank you
Very kind and helpful!
Obviously cares. Extremely thorough
My experience with this office has always been great. I feel well cared for.
Very helpful. I have a very good video setup, that makes it just like being there.
Outstanding provider
Dr. Ferrero is personable and also extremely knowledgeable. She listens to me and has discussions with me that make me feel heard.
Dr Ferrero is good, but sometimes seems she wants to just go with the status quo in dealing with pain.
Genuine concern
She has given me better access so I feel much better than early fall when I couldn't get a response for increased/change in symptoms
Asked good questions and listened to responses.. Sdked for clarification as needef
Very thoughtful, thorough and efficient
I appreciate the way Dr. Ferrero actively listens and then communicates in a straightforward manner. I have total confidence being in her care.
I drive two hours to see this physician because there's no SAFE alternative anywhere closer
Excellent
Easy to work with
I really like my doctor but sometimes I feel like maybe my chart wasn't thoroughly reviewed before we meet. I know autoimmune disease is notoriously difficult to diagnose but I have felt like I'm in good hands during the investigative phase of care.
Dr. Ferrero is great! She listens to my concerns and has been nothing but supportive in my RA journey
