About me

Diane is an adult nurse practitioner who specializes in preventive cardiology. She is a certified clinical lipid specialist with a particular interest in familial hypercholesterolemia and elevated lipoprotein (a). Diane has worked with patients to promote health and prevent heart disease, strokes, and diabetes for over 20 years. She is the clinical supervisor of cardiac rehab and enjoys teaching both patients and students.

  22. Diane Osborne was patient and thorough in explaining her view of my test results in relation to her goals for my treatment. We both had some concerns about the results of switching medication (Praluent to Repatha, which was instigated by insurance.) Diane collaborated with me on a follow up plan, and had several options for next steps if the numbers do not improve. As always, she answered all my questions, clearly explaining the scientific basis of her thinking, and taking as much time as I needed to understand the information. I left feeling supported and reassured.
