Diane Osborne listens, is thoughtful and kind and I feel confident in her expertise
She is easy to work with
Diane Osborne was patient and thorough in explaining her view of my test results in relation to her goals for my treatment. We both had some concerns about the results of switching medication (Praluent to Repatha, which was instigated by insurance.) Diane collaborated with me on a follow up plan, and had several options for next steps if the numbers do not improve. As always, she answered all my questions, clearly explaining the scientific basis of her thinking, and taking as much time as I needed to understand the information. I left feeling supported and reassured.
Diane is awesome. She is friendly and puts me at ease. She answers my questions/concerns and provides additional information sources I requested so I can learn more. She is up to date on new research.
Diane has followed me , and I trust she has my best interest at heart. She respects my own thoughts and opinions. I have no complaints!
