  5. The overall appointment went well. The nurse went through my history to understand the full timeline of my issue. While the root cause of my issue couldn't be found, I understand that that happens, and that's outside of anyone's control.

  6. Absolutely fabulous. She spent an incredible amount of time with me, making sure we went over everything and were in agreement on how to proceed.
