  27. I didn't realize the complexity of my problem until the clinician started explaining what was going on to me. She was very caring and understanding. I became a bit nervous about needing a procedure. She told me it would be easier to do the procedure sooner than later. It wasn't until I got home and read all the paperwork that I finally understood. For that reason, she had prepared the paperwork so I can just call in and let them know I am ready for the procedure. I had wanted to wait a year due to many other medial issues at the same time. Now I will schedule It earlier.

  29. Desiree was very kind and thorough. I felt like she took the time that was needed to access my condition. She ordered bloodwork and planned on discussing my case with one of the gastroenterologists to determine a plan.I was hoping for a definitive diagnosis, but at least this is a start. Really hoping the way forward doesn't take as long as getting an appointment.

  30. We went over my list of medications and updated or corrected whatever was needed to accurately reflect my chart. We discussed the diet I need to start and the pills for my intestinal gas. It was a good appointment.
