My experience was very good
The personnel were good but I was kept waiting in waiting room about 20 minutes and in the exam room about 40 minutes between eye exam and doctors appearance.
Dr. Poulsen as a pleasant manner and low-key approach to explaining the procedures and outcomes related to the treatment of my eye. He answered all our questions clearly and concisely. He inspired confidence in the patient regarding his ability to perform the procedures.
