Always a great experience in overall.

  • May 01, 2019

Dr. Dugi was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable.

  • Apr 25, 2019

    Dugi has always been great.

  • Apr 25, 2019

response to help and questions are a 0.

  • Apr 18, 2019

He was incredibly knowledgeable and sensitive about transgender issues, and is a very good surgeon.

  • Apr 18, 2019

My experience has been mostly good, although this last appointment left me feeling disappointed and undervalued as a patient. The wait time past appointment time was 1/2 hour and when I was seen it was by the assistant and not the actual surgeon, as expected. This appointment was to be with the surgeon himself and I had anticipated his personal feedback but apparently he didn’t have time for me. He was busy with a new consultation at the time he was supposed to be seeing me. I felt undervalued. I do appreciate and respect his assistant but that wasn’t who I was there to see. It made me feel like I was part of a factory line surgery and he didn’t really care enough about my personal results from surgery to be there and see for himself and especially to reassure me. So please note that I am disappointed.

  • Apr 17, 2019

I appreciated the thoroughness of the procedure description and the degree of careing shown by Dr Dugi and his team.

  • Apr 06, 2019

The provider was very good. Gave a good explanation of what he was doing and also gave a good explanation of what to do when I returned home. His staff was also very accommodating. The entire ... the entire visit was great. Thank you.

  • Apr 02, 2019

Everyone was so helpful and I was glad to get so many answers about my desired surgery.

  • Mar 27, 2019

Always a pleasure, friendly and we'll informed

  • Mar 20, 2019

Dr. Dugi is thorough and answers all of my questions.

  • Mar 20, 2019

Overall he's great, but on that day, I made it clear multiple times I had previously had childhood trauma/abuse brought up and was very anxious. They really dropped the ball on working with me and being aware of how to handle someone in an anxiety attack. Specifically they could have lessened the number of people in the tiny room (4 people), they kept bringing up that I was "having a hard day" (NO, I was having an anxiety attack, not a hard day, and was triggered in my pre-op appointment). Ideally, a provider should check in, maybe ask "how can I best support you and make this experience positive" and be aware of how anxiety affects people and lessen things that make it worse.

  • Mar 20, 2019

Words can't describe how incredible the level of care that Dr. Dugi and his entire team consistently deliver to their patients. Every time I leave my appointments feeling that my care was their top priority. They always take whatever time is needed to answer all of my questions and never seem distracted or anxious to get to the next patient. I genuinely feel cared for and appreciated in their office.

  • Mar 13, 2019

Dr. Dugi and his assistant Cat answered all of my questions in a very caring, compassionate, knowledgeable way.

  • Mar 08, 2019

I was incredibly impressed by how friendly and welcoming everyone was.

  • Mar 08, 2019

He communicated with me rather than at me and I felt heard and confident in going forward. He was attentive and professional and lovely.

  • Mar 08, 2019

It was the first time in a very long time that I have seen a provider that did not seem to be rushed or eager to leave the room, but wanted to make sure to explain everything and answer every question my fiance and I had for him.

  • Mar 07, 2019

Dr. Dugi was on time, professional, thorough, respectful, and friendly. He made sure that I understood what was going on and made me feel very confident and comfortable with him.

  • Mar 02, 2019

Dr. Dugi is a great doctor but he needs to loosen up and not be so uncomfortable. Great surgeon. His assistant is wonderful.

  • Mar 02, 2019

    Very professional and polite.

  • Mar 01, 2019

Dr. Dugi has wonderful bed side manner, was very prompt and attentive to my needs, answered all my questions via email, as well as to the my chart messaging app. His staff was very competent and helped me emotionally, as well as physically, handle my medical needs and accessibility. I really appreciated all of the support I received while up in Oregon and (INAUDIBLE) University.

  • Feb 27, 2019

Everything was great. Very little stress. I am walking a bowlegged.

  • Feb 24, 2019

I felt like my questions were not only not answered but that he had not heard my question ever before is what it seemed. His response seemed confused as what I was meaning. We couldn’t communicate clearly enough, so much so that I have more concerns about surgery now than I did before. Also there wasn’t sufficient information in the form of pictures of final results. Most images available didn’t apply to me, yet he showed them anyways.

  • Feb 24, 2019

Dr. Dugi and Kathleen Campos were wonderful and awesome. They've taken very good care of me, and I feel very fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Dugi. He completely cured my gender dysphoria with the vaginal plastic surgery, and he provides lot of follow ups, which are always reassuring as I go through the healing from the surgery so I highly recommend him again for everything and I'm very proud to be an OHSU chick. So thank you very much and please thank Dr. Dugi and Kathleen Campos for me. Bye.

  • Feb 07, 2019

I felt discouraged and like they were not understanding our position

  • Feb 06, 2019

    Very good

  • Feb 05, 2019

Yesterday was good. Talked about lots of issues. One year after my surgery.

  • Feb 05, 2019

I was really happy to meet Dr. Dugi and his team. We met a few minutes early, Jay introduced himself, explained his role, as did Kat. We reviewed all the requirements, answered all my questions. Dr. Dugi joined us and we discussed overall process, specific details, again addressed my questions. I left feeling calm, confident in my future surgical path, and happy in my choices. I really appreciate it, thank you!

  • Feb 03, 2019

    Excellent

  • Jan 31, 2019

Dr. Dugi, Kat, Danielle, and the receptionists I spoke with the other day were amazing humans and very professional. After waiting a year for this consult (initially scheduled for two years out from my first phone call but bumped up due to the cancellation list) my mind is at 100% ease and I feel VERY confident and trusting of the care I will be provided. Dugi and Kat were very thorough in the consult, had excellent bedside manner, showed incredible patience and understanding as my fiance and I ran through our list of prepared questions and concerns, and overall left us feeling like there was no stone left un-turned. I've been seeing Michelle C. for my electrolysis as well, and she is also a valuable contribution to the OHSU team. I appreciate the care that OHSU provides and look forward to living my best life with the help of the dedicated staff.

  • Jan 17, 2019

Thank you.

Dr.Dugi has been very friendly and helpful every time I've met with him. He answers my questions clearly and hasn't once made me feel ridiculous for asking anything. Having him as a surgeon kept my nervousness to a minimum when I had my recent surgery.

  • Nov 29, 2018

Excellent service. No wait time. Wonderful communication about next steps and realistic expectations from surgery.

  • Nov 29, 2018

I felt it was warm sincere. honest

  • Nov 28, 2018

Dr. Dugi lll is a highly skilled surgeon that has the great responsiblity of turning peoples lives for the better. His professionalism, compassion for his patients is beyond the call of of OHSU standards and as a teaching hospital he is God sent and will worth the effort to get him here at OHSU. He has my life and others in his hands and he delivers in every way regarding transgender health matters and then some. My appointment was an event lone waited for and he called today to make sure that I'm ready for December 10th. His destiny will be a legend the school can build on and the LGBTQ community can trust in for the next patient he attends to and I thank him very much.

  • Nov 26, 2018

I like Dr. Dugi just fine. But the wait time to get a very short appointment was it was just ludicrous, was almost an hour just to get seen for 5 minutes. It was my first time there but so far so good.

  • Nov 26, 2018

He was kind, knowledgeable, he wanted to talk and answer questions, he was there and explained his procedure very clearly - highly recommend.

  • Nov 25, 2018

It went really well. He and his staff were very professional and took the time to answer any and all questions

  • Nov 16, 2018

Doc, excuse me, doctor was kind. He brought in two or three other people, interns and whatever and I had no problem with that. I appreciate that he's able to help other people to be able to help people like me.
