Dr. Dugi also specializes in gender-affirming genital surgery, having sought additional training in the US and Europe. • Oct 01, 2019

  • Sep 25, 2019

  • Sep 24, 2019

Efficient, direct and always answers my questions. Great experience

  • Sep 20, 2019

Well, Dr. Dugi is extremely thorough and get all my questions answered it unless in I would assume buddy else under the circumstances. Thank you.

  • Sep 12, 2019

Dr. Dugi was very responsive, respectful and well-spoken. He appreciated and welcomed my questions, elaborated when there was a murky area and took the time to discuss each point. Dr. Dugi's staff was also courteous and well-informed, and Kat walked me through many of the "basics" of the procedure while Dr. Dugi had to attend another matter. As a trans person, it's very rare that I treat with a medical professional that is respectful and educated on all the relevant issues. I know it might seem like it comes with the territory of providing trans health surgeries, but I was impressed.

  • Aug 16, 2019

  • Jul 17, 2019

Dr. Dugi has performed two surgeries on me for Gender Affirmation and he has become my Hero! I was suicidal due to my Gender Dysphoria, but Dr. Dugi gave me the gift of a Neo-Vagina and my Gender Dysphoria completely cured! Dr. Dugi is very Professional, Courteous, Kind and Understanding. He explains things in a way that is very easy to understand. I could tell that he genuinely cares. His procedures leave very little to no scarring and the post-op pain is very little. I wish Dr. Dugi could be my Primary Care Provider. I will always be grateful for his transformation of me!

  • Jul 17, 2019

  • May 22, 2019

Dr. Dugi is a very professional, caring and kind Doctor. He saved my life! Dr. Dugi listened to and answered all my questions. He explained my surgery and preparations. My appointment was not rushed. Nurse Kathleen Campos was also very nice to me. Words can not express how awesome they are. I wish Dr. Dugi could be my Primary Care Doctor. His Transgender Health Care Program is our greatest asset in the Transgender community. All the girls down here in southern Oregon want to see him. As I have said before, Dr. Dugi is legendary! The best!!

  • Apr 25, 2019

    Dugi has always been great.

  • Apr 25, 2019

response to help and questions are a 0.

  • Apr 18, 2019

He was incredibly knowledgeable and sensitive about transgender issues, and is a very good surgeon.

  • Apr 18, 2019

My experience has been mostly good, although this last appointment left me feeling disappointed and undervalued as a patient. The wait time past appointment time was 1/2 hour and when I was seen it was by the assistant and not the actual surgeon, as expected. This appointment was to be with the surgeon himself and I had anticipated his personal feedback but apparently he didn’t have time for me. He was busy with a new consultation at the time he was supposed to be seeing me. I felt undervalued. I do appreciate and respect his assistant but that wasn’t who I was there to see. It made me feel like I was part of a factory line surgery and he didn’t really care enough about my personal results from surgery to be there and see for himself and especially to reassure me. So please note that I am disappointed.

  • Apr 17, 2019

I appreciated the thoroughness of the procedure description and the degree of careing shown by Dr Dugi and his team.

  • Apr 06, 2019

The provider was very good. Gave a good explanation of what he was doing and also gave a good explanation of what to do when I returned home. His staff was also very accommodating. The entire ... the entire visit was great. Thank you.

  • Apr 02, 2019

Everyone was so helpful and I was glad to get so many answers about my desired surgery.

  • Mar 27, 2019

Always a pleasure, friendly and we'll informed

  • Mar 20, 2019

Dr. Dugi is thorough and answers all of my questions.

  • Mar 20, 2019

Overall he's great, but on that day, I made it clear multiple times I had previously had childhood trauma/abuse brought up and was very anxious. They really dropped the ball on working with me and being aware of how to handle someone in an anxiety attack. Specifically they could have lessened the number of people in the tiny room (4 people), they kept bringing up that I was "having a hard day" (NO, I was having an anxiety attack, not a hard day, and was triggered in my pre-op appointment). Ideally, a provider should check in, maybe ask "how can I best support you and make this experience positive" and be aware of how anxiety affects people and lessen things that make it worse.

  • Mar 20, 2019

Words can't describe how incredible the level of care that Dr. Dugi and his entire team consistently deliver to their patients. Every time I leave my appointments feeling that my care was their top priority. They always take whatever time is needed to answer all of my questions and never seem distracted or anxious to get to the next patient. I genuinely feel cared for and appreciated in their office.

  • Mar 13, 2019

Dr. Dugi and his assistant Cat answered all of my questions in a very caring, compassionate, knowledgeable way.

  • Mar 08, 2019

I was incredibly impressed by how friendly and welcoming everyone was.

  • Mar 08, 2019

He communicated with me rather than at me and I felt heard and confident in going forward. He was attentive and professional and lovely.

  • Mar 08, 2019

It was the first time in a very long time that I have seen a provider that did not seem to be rushed or eager to leave the room, but wanted to make sure to explain everything and answer every question my fiance and I had for him.

  • Mar 07, 2019

Dr. Dugi was on time, professional, thorough, respectful, and friendly. He made sure that I understood what was going on and made me feel very confident and comfortable with him.
