Everything was great. Very little stress. I am walking a bowlegged.

  • Feb 24, 2019

I felt like my questions were not only not answered but that he had not heard my question ever before is what it seemed. His response seemed confused as what I was meaning. We couldn’t communicate clearly enough, so much so that I have more concerns about surgery now than I did before. Also there wasn’t sufficient information in the form of pictures of final results. Most images available didn’t apply to me, yet he showed them anyways.

  • Feb 24, 2019

Dr. Dugi and Kathleen Campos were wonderful and awesome. They've taken very good care of me, and I feel very fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Dugi. He completely cured my gender dysphoria with the vaginal plastic surgery, and he provides lot of follow ups, which are always reassuring as I go through the healing from the surgery so I highly recommend him again for everything and I'm very proud to be an OHSU chick. So thank you very much and please thank Dr. Dugi and Kathleen Campos for me. Bye.

  • Feb 07, 2019

I felt discouraged and like they were not understanding our position

  • Feb 06, 2019

    Very good

  • Feb 05, 2019

Yesterday was good. Talked about lots of issues. One year after my surgery.

  • Feb 05, 2019

I was really happy to meet Dr. Dugi and his team. We met a few minutes early, Jay introduced himself, explained his role, as did Kat. We reviewed all the requirements, answered all my questions. Dr. Dugi joined us and we discussed overall process, specific details, again addressed my questions. I left feeling calm, confident in my future surgical path, and happy in my choices. I really appreciate it, thank you!

Dr. Dugi, Kat, Danielle, and the receptionists I spoke with the other day were amazing humans and very professional. After waiting a year for this consult (initially scheduled for two years out from my first phone call but bumped up due to the cancellation list) my mind is at 100% ease and I feel VERY confident and trusting of the care I will be provided. Dugi and Kat were very thorough in the consult, had excellent bedside manner, showed incredible patience and understanding as my fiance and I ran through our list of prepared questions and concerns, and overall left us feeling like there was no stone left un-turned. I've been seeing Michelle C. for my electrolysis as well, and she is also a valuable contribution to the OHSU team. I appreciate the care that OHSU provides and look forward to living my best life with the help of the dedicated staff.

  • Jan 17, 2019

Dr. Dugi is a kind and professional individual, and I really enjoyed my visit. Staff is courteous and very knowledgeable, and very mindful and thoughtful of what he says and what his plans are going to be (INAUDIBLE) still be patient's wishes, which I appreciate very much and I'm very thankful for. Thank you.

  • Jan 10, 2019

  • Jan 09, 2019

Dr. Dugi and all of the staff that I have dealt with at OHSU have been tops.

Dr. Dugi and his staff are the best ever.

  • Dec 01, 2018

Dr.Dugi has been very friendly and helpful every time I've met with him. He answers my questions clearly and hasn't once made me feel ridiculous for asking anything. Having him as a surgeon kept my nervousness to a minimum when I had my recent surgery.

  • Nov 29, 2018

Excellent service. No wait time. Wonderful communication about next steps and realistic expectations from surgery.

  • Nov 29, 2018

I felt it was warm sincere. honest

  • Nov 28, 2018

Dr. Dugi lll is a highly skilled surgeon that has the great responsiblity of turning peoples lives for the better. His professionalism, compassion for his patients is beyond the call of of OHSU standards and as a teaching hospital he is God sent and will worth the effort to get him here at OHSU. He has my life and others in his hands and he delivers in every way regarding transgender health matters and then some. My appointment was an event lone waited for and he called today to make sure that I'm ready for December 10th. His destiny will be a legend the school can build on and the LGBTQ community can trust in for the next patient he attends to and I thank him very much.

  • Nov 26, 2018

I like Dr. Dugi just fine. But the wait time to get a very short appointment was it was just ludicrous, was almost an hour just to get seen for 5 minutes. It was my first time there but so far so good.

  • Nov 26, 2018

He was kind, knowledgeable, he wanted to talk and answer questions, he was there and explained his procedure very clearly - highly recommend.

  • Nov 25, 2018

It went really well. He and his staff were very professional and took the time to answer any and all questions

  • Nov 16, 2018

Doc, excuse me, doctor was kind. He brought in two or three other people, interns and whatever and I had no problem with that. I appreciate that he's able to help other people to be able to help people like me.

  • Nov 15, 2018

He was friendly, professional, answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable, and very aware of transgender care and what we need.

  • Nov 15, 2018

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Dugi, his surgical skill was wonderful and the staff at the office was great, especially Cat Campos, his nurse practitioner. I would highly recommend Dr. Dugi to anyone I cared about including family, friends and loved ones.

  • Nov 14, 2018

Dr. Dugi is always attentive to my needs. He asks questions that draw out the issues, and then addresses them. If something requires a detailed explanation, as one of my issues did, he takes the time to describe it in detail, then follow up with questions to make sure I understood. Then he asks more questions to be sure I fully understood. And if an issue requires him to do something, as my second issue did this visit, he takes the time to fully heck it out, then do what is needed.

  • Nov 14, 2018

Everything I have come to expect from everyone at OHSU was exactly what I received during this visit. I have zero things I would change or ask better of. Thank you!

  • Nov 01, 2018

Dr. Dugi provides professionalism and compassion, very patient, detailed in explaining and making us understand, well, making me understand the process and what to expect after. I'm very pleased with the service with OHSU and Dr. Dugi and his staff, so appreciate it. I do have a follow up appointment on December 11th. Looking forward to seeing him again. Thank you so much.

  • Oct 25, 2018

Polite, It was a short visit. I was fortunate to get in due to construction that took me 40 minutes to go 5 blocks at OHSU on Bond.

  • Oct 16, 2018

Dr. Dugi certainly seems like a skilled surgeon except his first surgery on me was a failure. Time will tell with the second. Someone dropped the ball during this latest surgery, I had nerve strangulation which I am trying to recover from in addition to the urethroplasty and graft. Very very painful which there is NO EXCUSE FOR.

  • Oct 15, 2018

He's great! Very open and approachable, as well and accepting.

  • Oct 12, 2018

Very friendly and informative. The enforcement of non smoking / testing for nicotine was a bit excessive. but Overall was pleased with the care provided.

  • Oct 02, 2018

He was on time and answered all of my question.

  • Oct 02, 2018

If I could rate an 11 I would. I have never met more nice people in my life than I did in Portland. I am leaving Denver ASAP to move to Portland.

  • Sep 19, 2018

The doctor took the time to show me a couple of pictures at my request and answered all my questions.

  • Sep 19, 2018

    Very positive great information

  • Sep 12, 2018

Everything was fine, it was a post surgery check up. The only issue was DR Dugi didn't review my file before coming in. He was a little confusing at first as he thought my main surgery was a month ago (it was Jan 8 2018). My follow up surgery was 7 weeks ago and this was a check up for that surgery. Once his assistant and I corrected Dr Dugi, everything was fine. IMHO, A doctor should always review a patient's file before entering a room so as to avoid issues like this.

  • Sep 07, 2018

I was very pleased with the service and the explanations and, yeah, that I received from Dr. Dugi. I especially appreciated that he came to my room the day after my surgery and spent more than a half an hour discussing my surgery and particulars and answering all my questions. And he has been very open in explaining things to me, and that was very comforting.

  • Sep 06, 2018

No comment at all. I love it. All the staff workers are very nice and genuine.

  • Sep 06, 2018

Caring and competent. Excellent doctor !

  • Aug 16, 2018

    Cordial and very helpful.

  • Aug 10, 2018

Dr. Dugi and his staff are very nice. After I had my surgery when I was at the hospital, they did really good. I would recommend Dr. Dugi to anyone because he really makes you feel comfortable.

  • Aug 09, 2018

Dr.Dugi saved my life by curing my Gender Dysphoria and now I have a new life with renewed hope. For the first time ever I actually feel normal and confident in myself. Life is good now and I owe all of this to Dr. Dugi. He truly cares about his patients and he even visited me each morning while I was in the Hospital on bed rest! Two years ago I discovered Dr. Dugi with his presentation on Transgender Health at OHSU. He explained his Vaginoplasty procedure in detail and I knew then that I needed it. Seemed like just a dream back then, but now here I am post-op!I can see the early results of my surgery and it is amazing! Now I feel like a Woman!! All of the follow up appointments and physical therapy keep me comforted that I am healing very well. Everything has been provided to aid my recovery. I am very excited about my new life and I owe it all to Dr. Dugi! I can not say enough good things about this wonderful Doctor and I recommend him to all of my friends that are suffering from Gender Dysphoria. I wish that Dr. Dugi could be my Primary Care Doctor. He is an Angel to me!Dr. Dugi's Staff are also very kind and wonderful people. Kathleen Campos FNP is so sweet! I enjoy seeing her too and she also visited and checked on me while I was in the hospital. She showed me how to Dilate and everything else that I would need to do at home. She also answered a question on MyChart very quickly for me! Such a fine Team, Her and Dr. Dugi!I could write a book here as there are so many good things to report. Let's just say that I am the happiest girl in the World and I owe it all to Dr. Dugi for the wonderful life saving gift that he gave to me. Some dreams were made to come true and mine sure have thanks to Dr. Dugi! ?
