Wow, I was so impressed with Courtney Lauer, a PA I had never seen before. I was there for a concussion and she knew all about concussions! So I felt safe and heard by her, as well as being so impressed by her skills! She's top-notch and Richmond Clinic is lucky to have her.

Hard to assess a referral. This was my first time seeing a new PCP. I need to trust someone before I recommend/refer them. That doesn't happen in one visit.

Courtney Lauer was knowledgeable about notes from my surgery the previous week which was very reassuring. My immediate problem, suddenly swollen feet, was addressed with recommendation to get compression stockings and made the appropriate measurements so I ordered them as soon as I got home and was wearing them a day later - all very reassuring that the issue could be addressed promptly. Then, amazingly, the swollen ness disappeared after 3 days.

I am so pleased with Courtney and the staff at Richmond Clinic. From the receptionists to the PCP, everyone is kind, thoughtful and warm. Courtney listens and reassures. I feel fortunate she is my PCP.
