About me

Dr. Hargunani joined the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at OHSU in 2019. He came from a private otolaryngology practice in Portland where he had been since 2006. Dr. Hargunani completed a pediatric otolaryngology fellowship at Oregon Health & Science University before transitioning to his current practice. He completed his training in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at Oregon Health & Science University in 2006. He received his medical degree at Georgetown University and undergraduate degree at The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI. He is especially interested in helping children with hearing loss, and he focuses on treatments that will restore normal hearing and speech.

  4. My daughter had to attend her appointment with a family friend because something unexpected came up at work, and I wasn't able to be there with her. I was disappointed that I couldn't go, especially since she was understandably nervous about her procedure.When she got home, though, she couldn't stop talking about the incredible medical assistant who cared for her. She said the MA explained everything clearly, answered every single one of her questions with humor, patience, and compassion, and made her feel completely at ease. Knowing that someone took the time to make my 14-year-old daughter feel safe and comfortable meant the world to me.Thank you for treating her with such kindness. Your compassion made a stressful experience so much easier for both of us, and I am truly grateful.
