Insurance
Before scheduling an appointment
- Check your network. If you have health insurance, call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
- Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.
If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

The Clinician was very helpful and seemed extremely knowledgable about the procedure.
Patient, clear explanations to both child and parent. Good bedside manner. MSA staff very friendly
Well, all right
Good doctor
Dr was very late
We had never met the surgeon before the procedure, so we were a little bit nervous before we met him. Dr. H had a good bedside manner and answered our questions and our son's questions clearly and respectfully. Procedure went well and we appreciated that the entire staff from front desk staff to MA, PA, surgeon, anesthesiologist and nurses were thorough, attentive & caring. They made sure that parents and child felt comfortable and that any concerns or questions were answered. Appreciated clear discharge instructions. Our son took a while to wake up after procedure and appreciated that we did not feel rushed to leave. Appreciated the updates throughout the procedure.
Absolute perfection!!!
Not bad
They give the best care to patients and companions
