  14. Dr. Hendrikson was both professional and engaging throughout the lead up and before during and after the procedure.

  16. The doctor talked to me as if I was faking my symptoms and was creating a "story" instead of listening to me he questioned whether I was telling the truth and blew me off as if I what I was dealing with didn't matter to him

  21. He was able to explain what my symptoms indicated. He took the time to explain what my options were regarding remedies that could alleviate my symptoms. He was thorough and applied it to my age group etc. I was very relieved to get the answers I required to assess my needs as they develop.
