Very friendly, thorough, talks their time, never feel rushed, concerned about pain during appointment procedures and always states I as the patient am in the driver seat, and if need break due to pain, will stop. Not afraid to get opinion from another provider in clinic. Which goes a long way for me.

Carley was very professional and polite! A lot of my and worries were reassured and explained clearly, and my dressings were removed quite gently.

They answered all of my questions, gave good advice about how to handle some aspects of my recovery that have been annoying, and took time to check for any concerning signs based on what I said. They also gave me a heads up about some scar-care options that might not work for me, which I appreciated as much as the ones that were recommended. They were easy to talk to and I didn't feel nervous or anxious to discuss my experiences, making it easier for both of us to do what we were there for.

They were very friendly, familiar with my surgeon's instructions, and easy to talk to about my recovery experience. Though they haven't had the same surgery, they were very familiar with the experiences of others who have and drew from that for empathy and advice around some of the more annoying aspects of recovering from the surgery.

She was very competent, genial, helpful, informative, and responsive to my questions. I never felt rushed or uneasy about my care with her. She took a moment to get to know a little about me in a non-medical way, making me feel much more like a person with her rather than just another patient on her schedule. I felt valued and genuinely cared for, which was a refreshing change from some other experiences I've had at different medical clinics over my lifetime.
