This is [Name] and Dr. Sheppard was amazing as was his intern Dr. Low, I believe her name was, and the experience with him was very helpful and surprisingly, I enjoyed the interaction with him and felt like I was adequately informed when it came to pre oping my surgery.

  • Jul 13, 2019

    I love the OSHU team.

  • Jun 01, 2019

The surgery went well and I received the usual excellent care from everyone.

  • May 07, 2019

Dr. Shepherd is wonderful on the other hand his staff is lacking I felt complete lashback for everything that I'm going through I asked the CNA to update my information and she did not.

  • May 02, 2019

Yes, I would recommend OHSU to anyone and I thank you for calling and they were great with me. They've always been good with me so I can't say nothing bad. They've always been there for me and like I say if anybody asks me that's what I tell them too.

  • Apr 27, 2019

We thought Dr. Brett Shepherd was absolutely marvelous and his... I believe first... what was she called? The young lady who came in that was going to assist him was also great. Thank you very much. Bye now.

  • Apr 26, 2019

I liked him very much. Thank you.

  • Apr 22, 2019

The anesthesiologist met with me and listened to my particular needs about reactions I had had to anesthesiology. So, he was very careful with it and everything turned out very well.

  • Apr 20, 2019

Dr. Sheppard is a good doctor, and I think he's doing a good job. I don't like it when they call me and set up an appointment for twelve, and then when I get there they tell me my appointment's not til 12:15 or, I mean 12:45 or an hour later. And so then if he's running 60 minutes late, it makes me have to wait for two hours to see him. I don't like that. Other than that Dr. Sheppard is fine. Thank you.

  • Apr 20, 2019

This doctor was kind, compassionate, to the point, and caring. It meant so much to hear what the diagnosis meant on my cancer, and to hear it from him. We are all completely thrilled with this doctor and so happy to have him on my team. Thank you.

  • Apr 18, 2019

Excellent team met with me and reviewed all tests and outlined a plan of action. Very impressed with their knowledge, attention to details in my file and answering all my questions. I also appreciated how professionally Dr. Sheperd dressed and groomed as were his staff. Lately, I have not beenimpressed with the lack of professional dress and grooming of other OHSU staff.

  • Apr 18, 2019

  • Apr 02, 2019

Not timely but over all a good experience

  • Mar 30, 2019

I'd like to comment on Dr. Sheppard. He's fantastic. I don't think I can say enough about him does it justice. He's truly a start in my book. He's wonderful and he also had... before I saw him, I saw a young gentleman, his name is Joe. I'm going to spell his last name, T-O-B-I-A-S, and he was wonderful and I just want to just let your staff know that when he does finally finish his residence that wherever he goes, he's going to be an asset. He has the best manners about him. He made me feel like I was being heard. Any questions I had he was willing to answer and he was just *

  • Mar 30, 2019

I was a see Dr. Sheppard at 4:10. He was 45 minutes late. So I didn't see him til after 5. I saw his associate Dr. Bridges first for all of about 2 minutes maximum and then Dr. Sheppard stepped in the room sat down basically said a full maybe 5 sentences to m, wished me a good summer and then got up and walked out. So we didn't really have a chance to really talk about much. Other than that, you know that the that the test results were fine. So I that's really all I can say he was a very nice gentleman but the interview was very very short. Thank you.

Yes, experience was most positive. I believe I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Sheppard. He was gracious of me as a patient and my family was there. I have nothing but the highest praise for him. He's truly a fine gentleman.

  • Mar 23, 2019

I had a very good experience with Dr. Sheppard. In the future, I may continue again. We'll see what happens. I was very satisfied with how he approached me as a potential client and I would have gone ahead had things turned out a little differently, but I was very, very, very thankful for the CT scan that he recommended and I'll perhaps write more at a later time. It's kind of hard for me to answer over the phone right now.

Dr Sheppard is very knowledgable and extremely kind as well as the team of doctors that assisted in my surgery.

  • Feb 26, 2019

Provider's great. The office front help sucks. They know nothing. They don't even know who their other employees are in the building and calling there takes five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten days even when somebody is first out of the hospital.

  • Feb 26, 2019

He was very clear on explaining things and did it. So it was very understandable and very very concerned about me and he really was very comfortable and really felt that he really knew what he is doing and his assistant. Definitely she is very very throat also. Okay over now.

  • Feb 24, 2019

Quality was extremely good the best ever. I've had many hospital around people were just super super kind sympathetic, whatever. I mean just they were just super.

Dr. Sheppard has provided me excellent care.

  • Feb 01, 2019

Yes, this is for [Name] and [Name] We were both there with Dr. Sheppard. It was a wonderful thing. He made sure that we knew that the operation would take a while to do at the time, but he had a good outcome at the end, and hopefully we were joining part of the team that is extraordinary, and we had a great experience. Thank you.

  • Jan 25, 2019

After waiting for 50 minutes to see Dr. Sheppard -- and being somewhat cranky as a result -- the time with the health providers was thorough and respectful. I only saw Dr. Sheppard at the end of the visit.

  • Jan 21, 2019

It was a long wait in the examining room but when Dr. Shepherd arrived, he took time and explained everything completely; answered my questions and addressed all my concerns.
