  10. Dr Peters did an outstanding job addressing my individual aesthetic concerns for my upcoming vaginoplasty. He was extremely well prepared, truly interested in me, my case, and my preferences and is a very, very good and responsive listener. He was well prepared for our video conference and had a number of examples of his past work/surgery outcomes to share with me. These were not only "best outcomes" but showed what I felt was a fair range so my expectations for my own outcome would be realistic. He took time to cover limitations of his work based on patient variation and available tissues and said a revision may be available to address specific problems after swelling has subsided and I am fully healed, perhaps in 12-18 months, but certainly after 6 months. I feel he is extremely patient-centered and I have the highest confidence in his knowledge and level of expertise. Besides being a consummate professional in terms of knowledge and expertise, he is also warm, friendly, easy to talk to, and I feel comfortable with him and like him very much. These are important qualities to have in a healthcare partnership and I feel only blessed to have found these qualities in Dr Peters. I am wholly confident he will perform to the best of his ability and make carefully considered decisions while I am in his care while he operates and in followup afterward. Because of this video chat, I feel my expectations are realistic and I have a good grasp of what to expect during the healing process and afterwards, with the knowledge he will be there for me if I have problems that don't resolve over time or new ones. Really, I could not be more satisfied!

  11. Dr Blair was amazing. They were very honest but most importantly, very honest in a compassionate and empathetic way. It made hearing news I didn't really want to hear easier. Seriously they're the best. So kind. And explained things in a way I could understand.
