Before scheduling an appointment

- Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.
If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

Dr. Otto exhibits great concern for patients and their foot issues. I wish OHSU would hire another equally competent podiatrist to make access to podiatry services better.
Dr. Otto and the medical assistance are highly professional and very skilled always warm and friendly
She listened to my concerns.
She was wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly.
Excellent.
Dr Otto was patient, caring, and friendly. She reviewed the x-rays with me and discussed my symptoms and recommended treatment to me that made sense for me. I was received all supplemental supplies and information related to interventions we agreed on (band, physical therapy information, etc). It was efficient while making me feel heard. I also felt that my chief issues and reasons for making the appointment were addressed. Thank you !

Doctor was good, but I thought she would be returning and I could ask her one more question. If the doctor would indicate that she wasn't returning such as "Goodbye{".
