About me

Dr. Colwill is a generalist obstetrician and gynecologist and specializes in Family Planning. Her interests include family planning, contraception, adolescent gynecology, medically-complicated contraceptive care, and international health care. She is involved in clinical research focusing on improving pain for gynecologic procedures. Dr. Colwill feels honored to care for women at all points in life.

Dr. Colwill has lived all over the country before settling down in Portland. In her spare time, Dr. Colwill enjoys running, hiking, traveling, reading, and cooking.

  2. Dr. Colwill is a treasure. There are not sufficient words to describe her compassion, genuine concern, quality or care, and advocacy. She makes me feel like I'm a real person, not just another patient.

She creates an extremely safe space and is always giving her patients trauma informed care. She makes seeking care so much easier and makes stressful situations manageable. She is truly on her patient's team and is a collaborative physician. She is the best physician on my care team.
