About me

Dr. Abigail A. Lenhart is dedicated to providing excellent care to adult patients. Her professional interests include illness prevention, and partnering with patients to improve their health. She also a dedicated educator who works closely with medical students to help train the next generation of physicians.

After college, Dr. Lenhart worked as a researcher in injury prevention at the University of Washington. She then spent a year as an AmeriCorps volunteer at a free clinic in her hometown of Washington, D.C., before earning her medical degree.

In her spare time, Dr. Lenhart enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two boys, hiking, biking or skiing.

It is very validating and builds trust that Dr. Lenhardt takes the time for real dialog and discussion and possible routes for care of the patients issues. Dr. Lennart makes it very easy to be 100% forthright about a patients accountability and responsibility for their own participation as well. I endorse the OHSU patient/doctor quality of care as the best I have ever received in my lifetime. It sounds like hyperbole but I assure this survey that it is 100% true. Thank you all
