Primary care clinic locations

The following services can be found at all primary care clinics: 

  • Same-day appointments with your primary care team and 24/7 advice by phone. 
  • Virtual visits, using a secure video chat, for urgent and follow-up care.
  • Providers who accept most insurance. 
  • Care delivered with respect to your cultural background and in your preferred language.  
  • Gender-affirming primary care. 
  • Care for behavioral health/mental health and wellness at most of our clinics.

Immediate care clinic locations

All our immediate care clinics are open seven days a week, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. We offer: 

  • Same-day appointments for common conditions
  • Providers who accept most insurance. To be sure you are covered, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly.
  • You can see us for: 
    • Minor illnesses, such as cold, cough and sore throat 
    • Injury from minor accidents or falls 
    • Minor broken bones (fingers and toes) 
    • Skin rashes, irritation or infection 
    • Sprains, strains and muscle tears 
    • Vaccinations 

Immediate care clinics do not provide emergency care. If you have a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Immediate care clinics do not treat:

  • Major broken bones or multiple fractures
  • Chest pain
  • Extreme dizziness
  • Life-threatening conditions
