Community Health Centers
OHSU’s Community Health Centers provide care even if you can’t pay or don’t have insurance.
We’ll ask about your household size and income. We’ll give you a discount based on that information.
We take Medicaid and Medicare. If you have other insurance, it’s best to ask your insurer if they cover our care.
What are Community Health Centers?
Community Health Centers provide primary care for all ages and genders. Primary care includes:
- Wellness and prevention care
- Treatment for minor injuries and illnesses
- Management of chronic conditions, like diabetes and high blood pressure
- Behavioral care
Community Health Center are also known as Federally Qualified Health Centers. They serve communities that don’t have enough access to health care (medically underserved).
