Edwards ALT-FLOW

The purpose of this study is to learn more about the Edwards Atrial Shunt System study device to determine if the study device can help to treat heart failure better than normal heart failure treatment. The study will require 10 visits to the clinic (one of which is the implantation of the study device) and will take 5 years to complete.
