Admissions process

Students interested in pursuing a Ph.D. in Molecular and Medical Genetics must apply through the Graduate Program in Biomedical Sciences (PBMS). Courses related to core genetics studies begin in the second year of the graduate program. For a full list of courses, see our Curriculum page.

The application deadline for fall admission is December 1st.

Selected applicants will be invited to OHSU for an interview during the months of February and March.
