Reminder to all new students
The deadline for on-campus fall term matriculants to complete online training, submit the Immunization Form to Student Health and Wellness, and to send a photo to Diane Doctor is Monday, September 14. On-campus students admitted fall term will receive their badges in the mail in October, if a badge is needed. Contact Diane Doctor to make sure you need a badge. Students are not to come to campus to pick up their badges because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

- Information Privacy and Security (IPS) Essentials
- Respect at the University
- Integrity Foundation
- Integrity Education Booster
- CITI: Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR). Select “Researcher” role
- Human Subjects Research (HSR) if applicable
- Conflict of Interest in Research (COIR) disclosure form
