Reminder to all new students

Students must complete the following items by Friday, September 6th.  The parking office will distribute ID Badges at the university-wide Orientation on Monday, September 23rd.  If students do not meet the September 6th deadline, they will have to wait until after September 23rd to get their ID Badges.

  • Information Privacy and Security (IPS) Essentials
  • Respect at the University
  • Integrity Foundation
  • Integrity Education Booster
  • CITI:  Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR). Select “Researcher” role
  • Human Subjects Research (HSR) if applicable
  • Conflict of Interest in Research (COIR) disclosure form
  • Immunization Form
  • Passport-style photo (headshot in front of solid color background. Email .jpeg to Diane Doctor)
