Reminder to all new students
Students must complete the following items by Friday, September 4th. The parking office will distribute ID Badges at the university-wide Orientation on Monday, September 28th 2020. If students do not meet the September 4th deadline, they will have to wait until after September 28th to get their ID Badges.
- Information Privacy and Security (IPS) Essentials
- Respect at the University
- Integrity Foundation
- Integrity Education Booster
- CITI: Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR). Select “Researcher” role
- Human Subjects Research (HSR) if applicable
- Conflict of Interest in Research (COIR) disclosure form
- Immunization Form
- Passport-style photo (headshot in front of solid color background. Email .jpeg to Diane Doctor)
