HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) is a safe, proven way to prevent HIV infection. Options:
- A daily pill
- Pills taken only around sex
- Long-acting shots every 2 or 6 months
How Tele-PrEP Works
- If you're new to OHSU: Call Registration at 503-494-8505 to set up an account.
- Schedule your visit: Call the OHSU Internal Medicine Clinic at 503-494-8562 and ask for a "Tele-PrEP appointment."
- We’ll connect you with a PrEP expert for a video visit to talk about your needs.
We accept many insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. Your coverage will be confirmed before your first appointment.
We also accept referrals from other healthcare providers and community agencies.
