How to Apply

Fellowship Program Eligibility

Trainees must have completed an ACGME-accredited U.S. or Canadian residency program (or foreign equivalent) in order to be eligible and apply to OHSU Addiction Medicine Fellowship. 

Graduates of international medical schools must have a valid certificate from the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG). Applicants who are not U.S. citizens must be legally able to work in the U.S. or eligible to obtain authorization to work. For application information, please apply in The Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). We will be participating in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP).

Important Dates

ERAS 

  • July 6: applicants can begin submitting applications to ERAS
  • July 20: ERAS releases applications to the program 

NRMP

  • August 24: match open 
  • September 28: ranking open
  • November 16: deadline for rank order list
  • November 20: match day 

*We will be accepting applications for 2025-2026 academic cycle in July of 2024*
