Fellowship Program Eligibility

Trainees must have completed an ACGME-accredited U.S. or Canadian residency program (or foreign equivalent) in order to be eligible and apply to OHSU Addiction Medicine Fellowship. 

Graduates of international medical schools must have a valid certificate from the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG). Applicants who are not U.S. citizens must be legally able to work in the U.S. or eligible to obtain authorization to work. Important Dates

The application deadline is Monday, September 1, 2025 for 2026-2027 academic year. Applications submitted before this deadline are prioritized. Applications submitted after the deadline may still be considered pending availability of interview slots.
