I didn't have an appointment with her. I actually had an auditory exam appointment but she still because of the results fit me in between her patients very quickly. I didn't wait that long at all. But whether it was because she was fitting me in between patients or that's her normal style. She was very fast. I'd like to ask questions if she didn't really have a lot of time for questions, but she did explain what you was going to do. I just I felt like I could have dealt with a little more description a little more explanation. I had sudden hearing loss. It's not anything that I'm familiar with and I could ... I would've appreciated having a bit more time to discuss what happened how it happened and kind of long term steps and it was more of a situation of what are we going to do at this second. What are we going to do next week? And I ... I like this kind of see how everything*

OHSU ENT Clinic was extremely helpful with making an appointment and getting me in to see a provider to be sure my right ear was OK after a bug burrowed in. Even though everything was good, I was very relieved to get the diagnosis. Scheduler LIZ was particularly kind and helpful. Dr. RAZ was also very competent and efficient at the appointment. Thanks to both.

Dr. Raz is an extremely competent physician. However on Aug. 5 she was running extremely late. She was 1 hr. late in seeing me. I understand things happen but that is a long time to wait. She did apologize. A 4th yr. resident did come in to look at my ear prior to her seeing me.
