Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

About me

Dr. Shira Peress is an internal medicine physician. She loves internal medicine because there is always something new to see and there is always something to learn. She also enjoys building and and keeping close connections with her patients throughout their adult life. She is particularly interested in women’s health, as well as educating patients on important preventative medicine.

Outside of work, Dr. Peress enjoys spending time with her family in California and traveling. She is also an avid sports fan, and is excited to explore Portland's sports teams!

  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
