About me

Kayleigh Rogalski is a clinical psychologist in the Comprehensive Pain Clinic. Managing chronic pain and chronic illnesses takes a team of providers: Pain psychologists like Dr. Rogalski help patients cope with the stress of living with chronic conditions.

Living with a chronic condition impacts many aspects of a person’s life, including their social lives, how they spend their time, and their mental health. Dr. Rogalski loves to help patients feel like themselves again, whether that’s returning to meaningful activities, improving sleep, or just turning down the volume of pain.

In addition to this work, Dr. Rogalski also helps patients who are preparing for elective surgery. Some surgeries require that patients make major behavioral changes both before and after the procedure. Because change can be so hard, psychologists like Dr. Rogalski collaborate with patients to find clever solutions to support habit change. By carefully examining previous successes and identifying challenges, Dr. Rogalski sets patients up to have the best possible surgical outcomes.

Some of the methods that Dr. Rogalski uses to help her patients are cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, clinical hypnosis, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. With her warm demeanor and passion for educating, Dr. Rogalski works collaboratively with her patients to find the right treatment approaches to make the most impact on their lives.

Insurance

Before scheduling an appointment

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

Visit our billing and insurance page for more information.
