  • Jun 11, 2019

We are very pleased with the care that Dr. Sayama has been giving our daughter for her scoliosis. We're very new to all of the information she's very knowledgeable, answers all our questions, interacts with my daughter who is 9 years old and answers any questions or fears that she may have as well in regards to this new process that we're about to under go. Very happy with Dornbecker and Dr. Sayama.

  • Jun 06, 2019

Yes, we really appreciate Dr. Sayama's advice. She's very kind, sympathetic, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We really appreciate that. Thank you so much.

  • May 21, 2019

Provider was knowledgeable and reassuring, but the overall experience with the office was not good. It feels like these professionals (other than the surgeon) haven't been trained to deal with parents going through these traumatic issues with their infant. I wasn't able to get anyone knowledgeable to provide me with a reason why the MRI was ordered before we saw the doctor for the current issue, then when we actually came in, the MRI didn't provide enough insight into the problem area. More accessibility to knowledge up front would go a long way for reassurance and confidence in the providers.

  • May 09, 2019

She was fine once she got into the room but I waited 45 minutes past our appointment time for her to come to our room. It was very frustrating. When she did come in the visit was rushed. It seemed she was very overbooked which is frustrating because we had to wait for over a month to see her and then when our appt finally arrived she was so swamped with other patients she didn’t seem to have the time and ease to walk us through the visit and surgery process. Other than that she was kind and did her best to answer our questions.

  • May 04, 2019

Dr. Sayama makes us feel very comfortable and tells us openly about my daughters condition and next steps we have to take.

  • May 03, 2019

The MRI I had was for prostate cancer the insertion of the Endorectal coil was very painful. I would try to figure out a better topical numming source or anything would of been better than what he used. And I let him know I was sorry for my bad language.

  • Apr 23, 2019

Appointment time was 10:10am. Got up to leave at 11:20am because we still had not been seen and medical transportation was coming at 11:30. Doctor met us on our way out to say all was ok. This same thing happened last year on yearly visit. Board said doctor was running on time. Very frustrating.

  • Apr 23, 2019

Helpful and knowledgeable answered our questions and took her time with us. We were not rushed

Christina is a very good doctor, excellent in the work he does. The only thing we don't agree with is some of the helping staff, nurses, that's it. But the doctor is very good in all, excellent.

  • Jul 31, 2018

How she was late starting the appointment she was very direct, she was very clear, she asked appropriate questions. She answered questions very directly very synchly. We were very satisfied.

  • Jul 30, 2018

    Helpful, compassionate

  • Jul 24, 2018

We got put in the doctor's office room and sat in there and waited for over 1 hour, waiting fo the dcotor to come in and see us, completely unacceptable, iexcusable that showed that nobody respects our time values our time and that we are just a patient that you're getting paid to see and it's completely unacceptable that anybody would have to wait for 1 hour in the room, unacceptable.

  • Jul 19, 2018

they were very good, very helpful very courteous over-all.

  • Jul 18, 2018

I would say Dr. Sayama is 1 of the best caregivers that we have experienced at OHSU ? She's wonderful with her personal rapport with [Name] and read his file prior to walking in, knew the background, which is awesome, and spent time with him and was not rushed at all. She is a 10+ on the scale of doctors. Thank you.

  • Jul 11, 2018
