I am a neonatologist, a doctor who cares for newborn babies who need special medical attention. I treat babies who are born early (premature), very small or with medical conditions that require care in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
I work with a team of nurses, respiratory therapists and other specialists to give each baby the best possible start in life. I also partner with parents and families, helping you understand your baby’s care plan and supporting you every step of the way. My goal is to provide expert, compassionate care so your baby can grow stronger and healthier.

Insurance
Before scheduling an appointment
- Check your network. If you have health insurance, call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
- Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.
If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
