  19. Ms Gragg, PA, validated my concerns that 8wks post-op DBS my sutures weren't dissolving as expected due to large amount of glue used to seal the sutures. She rubbed & scrubbed with solvent with no success. She was able to cut about half the globs of hardened glue out and I'm still working on getting the remaining pieces outshe was kind, respectful and responsive to my concerns. Many clinicians wouldn't take the amount of time and care that Miss Craig did in cutting out the thick globes of glue. It was tricky. I was grateful.

  21. She was gentle when removing the stainless. She explained everything that she was doing you do before doing it. She made sure my recovery at home was going well and I was feeling strong and safe at home.
