Seminar Description

This session focuses on helping participants clarify their mentoring needs and strategically identify potential mentors. Through guided reflection, participants assess their current mentoring networks, identify gaps, and practice crafting a clear, appropriately bounded mentoring ask. The session also briefly introduces the idea of mentorship stages, normalizing how mentoring relationships naturally evolve or conclude over time.
