Follow-up care for your Sklip™ Mole Report

Have you received an orange or red classification on a suspicious mole report from the Sklip™ app? If so, we recommend seeking follow-up care with a dermatology provider to diagnose and treat a potentially cancerous mole. If seeking dermatologic care from OHSU:  

1. Call to schedule a visit with a dermatology provider for further examination at 503-418-3376
2. Inform the OHSU Dermatology Scheduling Team "I am calling after using SKLIP," so we can include you in a streamlined single spot check service
3. When you come in person, please remember to:
   1. inform the dermatology provider you came from Sklip™
   2. bring a smartphone screenshot of your dermoscopy mole report
