Who are we?

The Harm Reduction and BRidges to Care, or the HRBR (pronounced “harbor”), Clinic is a collaboration between OHSU and the Oregon Health Authority and is funded through a grant from the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. HRBR was developed by Dr. Jessica Gregg, Paige Perry, director of clinical operations, and Clea Cadham, program director for the Division of General Internal Medicine & Geriatrics, within the Department of Medicine. The clinic opened on October 28, 2019, under the direction of Dr. Bradley Buchheit.

Our mission is to provide low barrier, on-demand access to medications for addiction treatment to people who are interested in cutting back or stopping their drug or alcohol use.  Our team consists of physicians, advance practice providers, a care transitions coordinator and a peer recovery specialist.  We accept any and no insurance.
