Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

  1. They do not see patients.

About me

Dr. Philip Blatt went into internal medicine because of the opportunity to care for patients with a wide variety of complex medical conditions. In his practice, he partners with his patients in order to help them reach their personal goals. Dr. Blatt is a native Oregonian and is honored to have the ability serve his local community.

He has interests in hypertension and cardiovascular medicine. During his education he conducted research to better understand how the kidneys contribute to high blood pressure.

Outside of work, Dr. Blatt enjoys fly-fishing Oregon's many beautiful rivers, hiking, and being outdoors with his partner and their dog. He also likes to play basketball in his spare time and is a fan of his hometown team, the Portland Trailblazers.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
