Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

About me

John-Paul (JP) Tyler is an Instructor in our Observation Units in the Department of Emergency Medicine. Prior to joining our team, JP made home visits as an urgent care provider to a high risk and chronically ill population. As a registered nurse, he served in the ED, neuro-trauma, medical, and cardiovascular ICUs. Outside of work, JP enjoys hiking with his dog, playing soccer, and cheering on the Portland Timbers and Thorns.
