I did not feel heard, and felt like I was just a box to check off in their day. I voiced concerns that were mostly handwaved away. I did not feel supported or that the clinic really cared about my outcome as a person, only as a statistic.

Dr Scull is really great. They are so helpful and really took the time to ensure that I was feeling comfortable about my upcoming surgery. I have been really nervous about the topic and have a lot of shame wrapped up in it. Dr. Scull made me feel so comfortable and at ease and was one of the main reasons that I decided to have my surgery at OHSU.

Standard experience

It is really hard to imagine a higher quality experience and provider interaction than I received from Dorian Scull, Urology PA. He was friendly, warm, empathetic, wholly professional and appropriate and a wealth of information. He presented the information I will need for a successful pre- and post-op experience in a clear, concise way and always invited questions and was quick to clarify if needed. What a terrific experience, one I would regard as a model for care and I am only grateful to be the recipient. I'll be working closely with Dorian in the weeks to come and I'm truly looking forward to it. What a gem of a person he is! I felt truly heard and he shows every evidence of deep commitment to and caring genuinely for his patient -- me! How lucky I am to find such a deeply invested healthcare provider!

Dorian lacks empathy and always talks too fast. Can't listen to what I say and the after summary reflects that. Always sticks me in the extra heated room and knows that I hate that even though I requested other rooms.
