I’ve been Dr. B’s patient for more than a dozen years. When he’s inclined and can make the time in his busy schedule during the Wednesday clinic, he will really talk with me. At yesterday’s visit, what I needed more than an exam or a change in treatment was conversation. That turned out to be a lot more therapeutic for me than he probably knew - and I do thank him for that.

My six month follow up appointment with Dr. Bourdette went very well. He was thorough with his exam and answered all of my questions.

I really appreciate Dr. Bourdette's care and he's very patient in explaining the implications of like my medication that I have, as well as showing me the my scans and walking through them with me so I can understand, you know, what the state of my disease is I really like that he does advance scientific research and shares that with me so I know what's going on in terms of the state of the art, in terms of research in MS. Thanks so much. Take care. Bye.

  • Aug 22, 2018

Dr. Bourdette is very compassionate, and he has always taken time with me as far as being a great listener. He goes, I'm sorry, I'm an MS patient and sometimes I word search. But he definitely has great insight into the whole person and just makes you feel that you are more than the disease, and that really helps during the whole course of treatment because he doesn't look at you as just a disease - he looks at you as a whole person.

  • Aug 16, 2018

Dr. Bordette has been my neurologist for almost 10 years now. He is wonderful, and so caring, and he always asks how he can help me with whatever I'm dealing with in my life and not just with my MS, and he responds to every question, he's very patient, and he takes his time and he's just a thoughtful caring person who happens to be an amazing doctor as well.

I have been a long-time patient of Dr. Bourdette. I only have good things to report. Too many to list here. I will say that he has held my hand and steadily guided me through the multiple sclerosis journey for 30 years. All patients with M.S. should be so fortunate.

Dr. Bordette is an amazing doctor. I drive up from Eugene every year, once a year, because I'm so very impressed, not only with his knowledge which is extensive, but with his compassion and his caring and his personal character. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Bordette here in Oregon.

  • Jul 12, 2018

I've been a regular patient of Dr. Bourdette's for more than 12 years. His background and deep understanding of my illness have always given me confidence in his advice. During the past six months, in particular, my symptoms have been a lot more disturbing. I knew that I wasn't well organized in asking my questions, and appreciated that he was still very patient in trying to provide good answers.
