  1. She was extremely thorough in her questions. Asked great follow ups to ensure I hadn't forgotten any detail and that she was caring for my illness as comprehensively as possible. She was also very thorough in her explanation of the plan of care which made me feel comfortable and confident in my ability to follow the plan.
