Thank you for your interest in the OHSU Hospital and Clinics Pharmacy Residency Program. This postgraduate year two (PGY2) Pharmacy Pharmacy Residency Program is designed to prepare residents to assume positions as patient care clinicians and to serve as adjunct faculty at a school of pharmacy. As Oregon’s leading pediatric hospital, pediatric residents receive a wide range of experience in patient care, leadership, practice management, and academia. The program will be seeking ASHP accreditation in 2027.
