How to Update Your Payment Method in MyChart

As of Dec. 10, 2025, OHSU has updated its online payment system for prescriptions.

The next time you use MyChart to request a refill, you will need to:

  • Enter or re-enter your payment information. You can use a credit, debit, Flexible Savings Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) card.
  • Save your information for future use.

Your information will be stored securely.

Step 1

Log in to MyChart.

Choose “Billing.”

Choose “Add a new payment method.”

Enter your payment information. Choose “Save for future use.” Choose “Submit.”
