Seminar DescriptionThis is an information session for a new service recently implemented by OCTRI, called RStudio Connect. RStudio Connect is a publishing architecture that allows teams using R to build, manage, and share R scripts, Markdown, shiny applications, API pipelines, and more. This session will include how, when, and why your team should consider using the RS connect framework to streamline your analytic workflow. Additionally, we will provide examples and use cases from our current experience with the RS Connect framework. This session assumes basic familiarity with R and RStudio IDE. You can find RStudio resources in the past seminars on BERD topics section of the OCTRI Research forum page https://www.ohsu.edu/octri/octri-research-forum-your-monthly-clinical-and-translational-research-event Please register if you will attend in person. Registration helps us ensure there is enough space, but we also welcome walk-ins. If you plan to watch online there is no need to register in Compass.
