Feedback surveys

Teachers

All teachers will be asked to complete a short feedback survey evaluating the presentation. This feedback is essential to ensuring that our presentations are meeting the needs of educators and their students.

Students

All students in grades 6-12 will be asked to complete a short survey following the presentation. This survey is designed to assess the effectiveness of our presentations at providing new information and positively impacting students' attitudes regarding safety. Our survey has undergone the approval process of the OHSU Institutional Review Board and has been deemed appropriate to use with students. Teachers will be asked to distribute letters to the students and their parents prior to the presentation informing them about the survey.

Helmets

ThinkFirst Oregon may be able to provide low-cost helmets in conjunction with a presentation. If you are interested in coordinating a helmet sale before your presentation, helmets can be delivered on the day of the presentation. Make sure to ask about our helmet supply when you schedule your presentation!
