About me
Dr. Terry Kho is a pediatrician. She enjoys the full range of patient care, from outpatient clinic visits to inpatient specialized care. Her particular interests are endocrinology and hematology/oncology. Her other interests include caring for LGBTQ youth and people affected by domestic violence, and writing in medicine and child literacy.
Dr. Kho was drawn to pediatrics when she saw how fulfilling and meaningful it is to work with families to help make a difference in children’s lives. She enjoys addressing all aspects of her patients’ health concerns while taking time to learn about their lives.
Dr. Kho spent a year as a researcher at the National Institutes of Health before entering medical school. In medical school at the University of Pittsburgh, she sang in the graduate health sciences’ a capella group.
