Biography

Dr. Wagner has training in behavioral and family-based therapies for children and families across a range of behavioral, developmental, and medical complexity. He has been involved in the evaluation and adaptation of family-based treatments for youth with a range of presenting problems (e.g., aggression, autism spectrum disorder, complex medical concerns). Dr. Wagner is currently involved with supervision, program development, and research in the novel interventions in children’s healthcare (NICH) program. This program is designed to assist youth with chronic medical conditions and their families.

On the weekends, you’ll usually find Dr. Wagner (with his wife and 1-year old daughter) exploring the numerous parks, bike trails, coffee shops, and restaurants of Portland. He enjoys playing a variety of sports and is attempting to learn to garden.
