Learn from Leslie Hammer Ph.D., professor and director of the Oregon Healthy Workforce Center, and Erin Flynn Ph.D., director of outreach operations at the Oregon Institute of Occupational Health Sciences, as they discuss how they are translating occupational health research into practical, scalable tools and getting these innovations into the hands of organizations and leaders who need them. The session will focus on the development and real-world deployment of scientifically grounded training programs and educational toolkits, explore the research foundations behind these initiatives, share practical strategies for implementation and highlight approaches to effective dissemination and long-term impact across industries.
