Practice Description: Klamath Health Partnership, Inc. is an FTCA-deemed organization. We are staffed by a comprehensive team of over 50 health professionals consisting of physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, lab and x-ray technicians, dentists, dental hygienists, and certified ancillary personnel, some of whom are bilingual. Duties & Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including preventive care, primary diagnosis, and treatment for minor illnesses and injuries • Monitor and provide appropriate treatment in consultation with a physician for chronic disease management • Performs or orders appropriate laboratory tests, x-rays, and other tests • Obtain consultation or referrals for patient services not provided by the clinic • Serve as a preceptor to providers in training as needed • Maintains strict patient confidentiality • Maintains timely documentation in medical records in accordance with established clinic protocols • Conducts health education activities for individuals and groups • Participates in quality improvement activities • Complies with OSHA regulations as well as all clinic safety standards • Other duties as assigned.
