You can skip the line and get free home delivery when you fill your prescriptions through OHSU Creekside Pharmacy.

Creekside delivers up to a three-month supply of many common and specialty medications.

Home delivery

We are licensed to ship anywhere in:

  • Oregon
  • Washington
  • Idaho
  • Alaska
  • Colorado

You’ll typically get your medication within three days of processing. If you need your order sooner, call us at 503-346-3370. We ship by FedEx, UPS or U.S. mail. You’ll get a MyChart message saying, “Your prescription has been shipped” or “Your prescription is on its way.”

Creekside is delivery-only. You can pick up medication at other OHSU pharmacies.

Getting started with Creekside

You can sign up with Creekside through your provider, by phone or online.

Through your provider:
Ask your provider to send your prescription to Creekside.

By phone:
Call us at 503-346-3370, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays.

Online:
Fill out this form.

Once we have your prescription or pre-enrollment form:

We will call you within three to four business days. We’ll talk with you about:

  • Shipping options.
  • Any allergies to medication you might have.
  • How long it takes to fill your prescription.
  • How to use MyChart for refills.

We’ll ask for your:

  • Delivery address.
  • Insurance information.
  • Credit card information, if your insurance plan includes co-pays.
  • Email address.

    Online and phone refills

    When it’s time to order a refill, you’ll get MyChart and text reminders. You can refill your prescription through MyChart or by calling 888-279-9330.

    For some prescriptions, we may need to call you each time we refill.

    Frequently asked questions

    Do I have to be an OHSU patient to use Creekside Pharmacy?

    You don't have to be getting care from an OHSU provider to sign up for free prescription delivery. You do need to register with OHSU as a patient. Please call Patient Registration at 503-494-8505.

    Can I track deliveries?

    Yes. If you give us your email address, you’ll receive a tracking number.

    What if I don’t get my delivery?

    Please call us at 503-346-3370, and we’ll work on a solution.

    Can I have my medication delivered somewhere other than my home?

    In some cases, yes. Please call us at 503-346-3370 to discuss your needs.

    What if I need to change my delivery schedule?

    If you’re in the Portland area and need a prescription faster than we can ship it, you can pick it up at one of our other OHSU pharmacies. Log into MyChart and:

    • Click on Menu.
    • Scroll to “Manage My Pharmacies” and follow the directions.

      Can I pick up my prescription at Creekside?

      Creekside is a delivery-only pharmacy. You can pick up your prescription at other OHSU pharmacies.

      What if I’ll be away when my delivery is scheduled?

      We might be able to ship it to your location. Please call us at 503-346-3370 to discuss your needs.

      How do I change my delivery address if I move?

      What if my medication needs to stay cool or is sensitive to heat or cold?

      We ship your prescriptions in protective packaging. We test our packaging regularly to make sure it meets accepted standards.

      Do you deliver specialty drugs?

      How do I stop home delivery?

      Please call us at 503-346-3370. You can stop and restart delivery anytime.
