OPAT For Institutions

The OHSU Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy (OPAT) Program manages more than 500 outpatient IV antimicrobial courses per year.  Our program is comprised of nurse coordinators, OPAT/ID Pharmacist, medical assistant care coordinator, ID physician program manager and MD providers.

OHSU OPAT is a process driven program that aims to serve as a beacon for new and emerging OPAT programs across the U.S.  Shared learning is a priority for us and we are always available to meet virtually to provide guidance, share experiences and learn about other programs’ processes.
