Steve Kinder is the Head of the Division of Management within the School of Medicine at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). Steve has over forty years experience in healthcare management. He has served in a variety of progressive clinical and leadership roles in community hospitals, national health systems and physician clinics, most recently as CEO of a specialty hospital in Portland, Oregon. Steve has fifteen years experience as a speaker and consultant on healthcare leadership, governance and operational excellence.

Steve currently serves as Division Head and full-time faculty within the Division of Management. He teaches Strategy, Leadership, and Operations in the Healthcare MBA and Master of Science in Healthcare Management programs.
