Description: This symposium will focus on diversity and inclusion in the workplace and their potential impact on employee well-being and health. The speakers will take a closer look at different aspects of diversity and will describe consequences for individuals as well as work organizations as a whole. Speakers will also present existing programs and training aimed at increasing diversity. They will point to specific ways in which organizations can help vulnerable workers through enhancing diversity and inclusion in the workplace thereby increasing worker health and well-being.
